All increases in energy expenditure will help with weight loss. The more you do and the more enthusiastically you carry out the exercise the better.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

You don’t need to exercise for long periods of time. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results should you work hard. Get a missing rope, skip for two min's, do push ups for 1 minute, skip for two minutes, rest for example minute. Then change the push as much as something else like sit ups along with do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a rapid, effective workout that will recover results than a long function or swim.

I've been a fitness consultant and people have often asked me "what's the best exercise?" and I always reply "the best exercise is one that you will do"

All exercise is good and the most important thing is to find something that you like and that fits into your daily schedule so that you will keep on doing it.

That said for weight loss, aerobic exercise is the most effective. (ie - anything that raises your heart rate and SUSTAINS it for a long period of time, for example walking, jogging, hiking, swimming, cycling, or cross country skiing)

Keep a food diary. Seeing every morsel of food you’ve eaten in a single day written down can help you to see where you’re overdoing that, or reveal patterns or triggers to bad ways of eating.

I'll suggest that you try the magnetic diet program and you have to spend time with it. They recommend a combination of diet, exercise and meditation.
Good Luck
