I think friendship is very spiritual and questions like this should be included. tee hee. I think you should buy a big fat chicken and make yourself some home made chicken soup because everyone is sick and it's better to plan ahead. lol My husband and I caught it from my grand daughter. This is one nasty virus. We've been in and out of bed for a week. Hope you don't get it.

since true friends are the very nourishment for our spirit, the answer is an emphatic YES.
Buy some chickpeas and make hoummus...
One 14 oz can of garbanzo beans, do not drain...
juice of one lemon
3 cloves of garlic mashed with 4 tbs extra virgin oil
1 tsp salt
puree in the blender till creamy, dish out on a dinner plate, sprinkle with paprika, drizzle with olive oil, eat with pita bread, enjoy. I you want to be really true to recipe, garnish with pomegranate seeds...
