Already having water, bananas, Gogi berries (red berries) natural youghurt, eggs, apple orange grapes, wild salmon, vit and mineral one a day sanatogen pill.

Anything else i can nibble on? and how much exercise do i need, currently walking 2 miles a day. Many thanks...

Wow! With a diet like that you must be glowing in the dark! But, seriously, the main source of brain food is fish protein. Mackerel and sardine are low cost, but nutritious.

High cocoa solid % chocolate. Exercise is good, get some sex too plus see your family and friends, eat lots of fish and get some sunshine. Don't work too much.
