Already having water, bananas, Gogi berries (red berries) natural youghurt, eggs, apple orange grapes, wild salmon, vit and mineral one a day sanatogen pill.
Anything else i can nibble on? and how much exercise do i need, currently walking 2 miles a day. Many thanks...
