It's not rocket science.

Take a stalk of celery....
wash off the dirt
cut into desired shape
top with peanut butter
eat

To open a jar of peanut butter
One hand grasp the lid
the other grasp the jar
Turn the hand holding the jar counter-clockwise (if right handed).

To turn on water
Go to sink
Grasp the knob that has "C" on it or it's the knob on the right.
Turn until water comes out of the spout thingy.

Just cut of the whitish part and run it under some somwhat warm water then dry it a little with a paper towel and then cut it into pieces or keep it like that if you like and then you can add raisins to the mix if you want.

Take a vegetable peeler and scrape off the outer tough part that is difficult to chew.. some people call this " destringing the celery". Then just wash and stuff with p. btter, cream cheese, pimento cheese, chicken salad.... whatever makes your mouth water!

celery is one of those vegetables with the highest pesticides, so be stringent when washing. organic celery is the best!
