I put it on vegetables that I'm going to roast eg Potatoes,carrots but it's especially nice on roasted parsnips

I actually cook with paprika, I enjoy it's flavour more than just as a garnish. Hungarian recipes have great ways to use this warm spice to its best potential.

Goulash is the first dish any cook would think of when you say paprika, but there's many: fish, meat, rice, etc... Mostly Spanish and Hungarian cuisine.

There is a "butt-load" of paprika in goulash stew and it is so good!!!! I don't make it very often cause it is pretty labor intensive and not a "gosh, what shall we eat" type of recipe.

I Put paprika on top of my devil eggs, macaroni salad and potato salad. And I put it in several other recipes, but that’s what I actually put it on top of .

I sprinkle it on sweet potatoes and roast them. I also put it in prawn mayo sandwiches and sometimes add it to spicy dishes such as chilli con carne.

Roasted vegetables and it is lovely sprinkled on the top of some soups,I like it on butternut squash soup.
