How old does one have to be in the least to do a blood analysis?

I mean, to give a sample of blood to be examined?

(While at this, which is the correct term in English: a blood analysis or a blood examination?)

In English we usually call it a blood test, or blood work.

And any age can get a blood test. Even a newborn infant can get a blood test. All that matters is that the doctor thinks it is a good idea to test the blood.

No age requirement, as long as the doctor orders it.
