Unfortunately I only have dried.I am intending to make a squash soup if thats helps any,thanks.

i roast the squash and put garlic and mixed herbs on it, then place in a pan with a tin of chopped tomatoes and puree, makes a lovely thick soup.

Ginger and garlic go well,they also work well with sweet potatoes,oh if you only have dried herbs,try sage,I had butternut squash soup in a resturant and it had sage in it.

For soup, I'd add some sauted onion and a little ginger and nutmeg. The contrasts between the savory and sweet would be yummy!

you can buy some 'dried herbs' one container of mixed herbs, complete herbs does the same as fresh herbs. add some herbs and spice and this will be awsome
