I screwed up with my boyfriend. i'm 21 hes 27. He was talking to a girl on messenger and instead of stopping and asking him about it i went off on him. I said "your playing me" "your looking for someone else". Yes i know really uncool to do. after i cooled off i told him that i was so sorry and he said "it will be ok" since it happened i have talked to him and everything seems like its ok. but i still feel really bad about what i did so i was thinking there is this game for his PS2 that he really wants that i would get it for him. So what does everyone think should i suprise with it? Guys if your girl done this to you would it help if she got you something that you really wanted to make it up to you. Please tell me what you think. Thanks so much

I don't think a gift is necessary, but maybe a talk about why you are so insecure. Was his behavior in chat with this girl inappropriate or not? How would he feel if you were chatting with other guys? It's okay to have chat buddies, but the convo needs to be kept appropropriate if either party is in a committed relationship.

Work on your trust issues, but I see no need to give him a present for chatting....let the 'present' be you getting a grip on your emotions and not going off for no reason anymore. ☺

any person can buy gifts to make up for their rudeness,
the problem is that people build their relationships on dating rather than friendship.
Thus they end up not knowing how to behave and communicate rather they are blindly doing trial and error and experimenting with everything.

because people don't know love.
Love is patient and kind;
love does not envy or boast;
it is not arrogant or rude.
It does not insist on its own way;
it is not irritable or resentful;
it does not rejoice at wrongdoing,
but rejoices with the truth.
Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

1 corinthians 13

Most peoples version of love is completely opposite of what is on that list.

Just write it down for yourself and see how it sounds.

Love is impatient, unkind
--I want a kiss- i dont want to get married lets have sex now
you dont love me if you make me wait

its envious and boastful
--why cant you buy me stuff like that guy, why cant you be like a supermodel, why cant you be more like this or that,
-- look how hot I am, look how cool my car is, it cost me 75 grand, I am smarter than everyone, I can afford expensive gifts and dates blah blah blah.

arrogant and rude---
insists on its own way
irritable and resentful
rejoices in wrongdoing--- i gave him a piece of my mind.- he deserved what was coming. - thats what you get for doing this ==that
does this shoe look good?- no- why you piece of @4%@34^#34

does not bear anything
i cant stand this anymore, im dumping you
does not trust anyone
expects everyone to make a mistake
does not endure anything.
-you said one little thing that I don't like, ITS OVER!

You can't practice long term commitment in a series of short term relationships. If you want to practice what married life is going to be.
WORK WORK WORK, and when you can't work anymore, try to make someone elses day and make them happy.
Thats what you will be doing when you are married.
Work Work Work.
Then get home and love your spouse and children.

if you can't even do that to your parents, you have no business getting married at all.
don't even waste peoples time by trying to get a date if you cant even build good honest friendships.

No present is needed. He is 27 and too old for games anyway!
