I usually have mine in the evening - about 7pm. I hate the rubbish that's on the TV so we have a real pig out and don't leave the table until the wine and port are all gone!! About 11:00 or later.

Usually starts between 1 and 2 so it is finished in time for the Queen's speech.

How about you?

Always ate about 1pm, arrived just after noon. The family had an hour drive, and went to church, and opened their own gifts first.
Then we talked all afternoon, did the dishes, and the menfolk watched football. Then at supper time, the food was gotten back out, and we made sandwiches, and ate the dessert we didn't have room for earlier. Went home about 8pm-ish. Wanted to be back home for the 10pm news.
When I grew up, and it was me doing the cooking, we had the meal whenever I could. I worked straight evening shift, and worked the holidays every other year. The meal was late afternoon.

We have it around 1:00. The kids are up at different times in everyone's house, depending on their ages. It allows each family to see what Santa Claus left under the tree and then travel to mom's house for Christmas dinner before the littler ones need to nap.

Used to have it when I was home between 1 and 3pm. Now its a case of depending what shift I am working and fitting it in. If I am Day off, then normally after the Queens Speech, depending what time we get home from the pub, where we are and how many we are catering for.

Any time between 2 and 4 and we call it dinner. It is the best meal of the year for all sorts of reasons, so I don't mind what it is called

Normally about 3pm, we always end up with a late breakfast and pick at things during the day so by 3 we're all hungry!
