is this supposed to mean something?

well i have been dating this guy for about a month or so now and we were best friends before we started dating so we tell each other everything well latley he has been tellin me when he gets "really happy"
is that supposed to mean something or not?

Lady, come on. I think you can safely assume he wants to share that happiness with you, otherwise it wouldn't have been a topic of conversation.
