I did a experiment. Notice that when the thyristor is fired on, the gate voltage (0.56) immediately increased to a higher value (0.82) (gate on voltage). Y the voltage increased??

Yeah, I've noticed that too. I think it has something to do with the fact that both of the 'equivalent' transistors' are in saturation and you're actually measuring the Vcb(sat) of the other transistor.
