Normal blood pressure for a healthy adult lies between 90/50 mmHg to 120/80 mmHg.
Normal pulse rate, at rest but in an awake subject is from 60-100 bpm, although it can be significantly lower in a trained athlete.

we'd need to find out your age also, among other information.

Medical guidelines state that a normal blood pressure for most adults is less than 120/80 mm Hg. Drug treatment is recommended if your blood pressure is at or above 140/90 mm Hg. For people with diabetes or chronic kidney disease, drug treatment is recommended for a blood pressure level of 130/80 mm Hg or higher.

Lowering your blood pressure to less than 140/90 to 120/80 mm Hg or below may help prevent other serious health problems.
