I do not have dogs, but I have noticed that many small white dogs have staining at the corner of their eyes.

Perhaps a pet store has something for cleaning up the stains.

Age changes body chemistry in people and I would guess it would do the same in dogs.

Perhaps the Vet. would have some Ideas.
