I would say from the produce aisle if it is fresh. Frozen is also good. Don't over cook and when possible eat raw.

Actually from the freezer isle. When they're taken from the fields they get frozen right away while they're fresh so they don't go bad. This conserves many of the vitamins.
Canned veggies have the least amount of vitamins due to processing. Microwaving for short periods of time won't ruin the nutrients.

Fresh vegetables have the most vitamin and mineral benefit. Processed vegetables in a can, have far less natural nurtritional content due to the processing that occurs in the factory. Feed your body vegetables in their raw, original state to gain the maximum nutritional benefit.

Fresh vegetables are best. the most benefit is to be got from raw vegetables. All processing causes some loss of goodness. It is interesting to know that freshly squeezed orange juice is at its best for only 20 minutes from the moment of squeezing.
