i think a banana will help you lose weight. i exercise a lot but i never really lost any weight. i started eating a better breakfast and a banana or apple every day with my normal salad for lunch and i lost about 30 pounds in a month.

bananas are good for workouts...they keep your muscles from cramping. go for the smaller bananas
