In all honesty, I think I would rather someone just call me a son of a ***** to my face as opposed to doing a bunch of subtle, passive aggressive stuff. I can't stand it when people insist on spending the day giving you sinister looks and making chilly remarks to you and sticking their nose in the air when you're around. If you have a problem with me, grow some balls (goes for both sexes, btw) and confront me head on. If you can't do that, then just drop the issue and move on!

That's how I feel, anyway.

Nicole: Well then just enjoy your two points. And thank you for proving my point.

Yeah, this can be really annoying. If someone has a problem that I could possibly solve, I would rather they just come out and talk about it instead of engaging in various subtle attacks. However, it is possible to come out of the closet with a problem without getting up in people's faces and calling them names and whatnot. For some reason, sitting down and talking about a problem rationally is something that many people have a problem doing.

Some people cant handle confrontation and are offended by what they consider aggressive behavior. I prefer people to be honest and open with me so that we can work out our differences but I don't want them to hit me upside the head with a two by four when they are doing it. There is a way to let someone know how you feel without being hateful.

I agree, but, you must have a 'set' of your own and call the passive aggressive ones to the carpet. I just cannot writhe in frustration awaiting a come to Jesus meeting when I know that I am the only one who wants to put everything on the table and settle the difference.

Don't shank anyone today. Remember a smile goes a mile, but a frown brings us down.

Exactly, my friend wrote two emails to me. She was angry at me but she wouldn't tell it to my face.

So in the first email she wrote "So I hear you're off to the CN Tower, well I hope you fall off!"

When I got that email, I was like WTF??? Is this some type of weird joke???

In the second email she wrote "I've noticed that you've gained weight."

She never approached me in person to explain WHY she was angry with me and never even bothered to phone me.

I just avoid her now.

Bottom line: if you're pissed with someone, tell it to their face, not in harassing emails:)

I'd rather they approach me - I'd thank them for the insult...it reveals who they are. They're jealous of you for some reason. Laugh and stick your tongue out at them. Then go about your business.
