Everytime I do the test for the network it gives me this error (80710102) or when i try signing up for Playstation Network under the friends it says Error with DNS (8002AE1D).. I have no internet knowlage so please make it easy to understand... and from the start to the finsh.. please.

No idea, you might wanna search support on playstation.com, or even call them, that would give you the best answer.

First what you need to do is go to your network setting make sure you choose wire as your internet setting from there your ps3 will do the rest as far as searching for the connection. If the error appears again after choosing your online setting go to upgrade and check to see if your able to upgrade your ps3, lots of time my ps3 won't let me sign on due to the upgrade required. Good luck but go to setting on your internet and make sure your ethernet cord is plug in to your ps3 and your internet running...if you need more help email me and we can do a step for step to try to get you online.....:D
