ive been watching my calorie intake but havent quite been working out but i still lose weight.
i really wanna lose more inches than pounds.... will working out and eating less help more than just dieting?

Exercising will tighten you up. It is worth doing both together.

diet alone will only lose weight(pounds) temporarly. exercise is the way to lose weight(inches) exercise is toning your body. to get results maintain your current diet and try walking for 30 minutes a day at a brisk pace. Not at the mall stop and go, I mean 30 minutes without stopping. by 30 minutes you should just start to break a sweat. you will start losing weight and inches within a few days.

every mile you walk adds a day to your life
nothing taste as good as being thin feels

Yes, because exercise will raise your metabolism.

The human body is meant to expend energy. We are not meant to eat and not sit on the couch.
