Anyone who believes they are superior to others regardless of reason is very small spritually and intellectually. It is not your race or religion that makes you a good person, but your words and deeds.

Religious "supremacists" (as you put it), want to help uplift others to the grace of God. They aren't showing their superiority to others - they are merely bringing the word of God to others in hopes that people will finally embrace God's word. Religious "supremacists," hold no "hate" toward those who are different, they merely want to save others and bring them to salvation.
Racial supremacists hate those who are different and they aren't trying to "save" them - they are merely trying to either 1) separate themselves from others and/or 2) in some cases even kill those who are different.
There is a big difference between the motives and beliefs of the two.

I'm atheist, and even I know they aren't. Sure religion supremacist are idiots, but racial supremacists are inbred idiots. Here's a star for your lousy comparison.

I live in a very religious town in Georgia with a history of being a "sundown town". The first black family was not "welcome" into this town until the 1980s.
The Bible was often quoted to condemn interracial marriage and was also used as an argument for slavery.
I think they often go hand in hand.

I agree and food for thought a survey stated that our churches were the most segregated institutions on earth, now I'm hearing certain religions boasting to be the only true religion!

I often call those who think they are "Christian" or "Islam" to be prejudice. They are distinguishing themselves as "different" when all that is different is their "belief."
Both would die if shot. Both cry when they lose something of importance. Both are ignorant to what they really are.

No, for one reason only, you can change religions, you can't change your skin color (fakenbaking notwithstanding).
It's still vile, but religious intolerance has that one advantage over racism: "Kill or convert" is one small shade better than "Kill".

Jesus said He is the only way to heaven. Jesus is right.
Jesus, who is God, died for our sins on the cross and rose again. If a person believes that, they will go to heaven. If a person rejects that to their dying breath, they will go to hell for eternity.
