if that doesn't work, plead and beg;

OK listen very carefully you stand her up you get down on one knee you pull out a ring and then you say will you marry me then then go and spend all this money on a 5 or 6 give and take hours wedding you both say i do and poof there you have a wife anymore questions. i can tell you how to the baby if you like? i am just playing with you just ask the girl if she will marry you. whats the worse that can happen ?

Here's a start - ask her to marry you!!
Although this is a good start you need to be sure of the way she feels about you. You need to know that there is enough trust in your relationship and also if she is ready for such a big commitment. One thing you should neveer do is try to pressure her into marrying you. Even if you think it is a good way to persuade her, in the long run it may just scare her away. It may be hard thing to ask, but try not to be afraid of rejection. If she says no you will wait for her if you love her as much as you think you do. If you are nable to wait then perhaps you ought to rethink your relationship.

1. Buy an engagment ring.
2. get down on one knee (a nice romantic place would be good)
3. Ask "will you marry me?"
4. She either says yes or no.
5. if she says yes, then you two will be getting married! =)

Once you reach the age of 18 and she is at least 18 you can marry her if she is willing I would think you have quite a few years until you can think about getting married.

take her on a special date spend loads of money on her then pop the question in a romantic place ie beach, mountain make sure you have a nice ring then make her breakfast in bed the next morning if she stops over just for the icing on the cake and it will taste sooo sweet! go on dont be scared !
