Belief creates its own reality!!!!

The devil is a prototype of the differences between good and evil - hence - in the realm that we are invested in both can exist simultaneously. This allows for every individual to have a choice to make regarding the relativity of good and evil in the life that they live.

Consider that we are human and therefore imperfect, that we are attempting to create perfection in the form of a physical paradise, and that we are all in this together. That we are all actors on the stage of this playing-field of physical life, that it gets played out individually and collectively as a group format. Some of us form groups that depict relative evil and others depict relative good, and the society that we are generates constructive solutions to that, justifying the cause/issue concerned.

Where do you stand?

If you believe in the devil and evil then you are standing on that side. - However if you shift that belief into one that understands that the nature of reality is that both can exist, but the choice is made on an individual level and that when you speak it is your truth that brings forth the reality of your words.

Consider - Then that there is only one source of all that is and that source is unconditional love and that it flows through you just as it flows through every individual person and that the only thing that can prevent it from expressing itself in a supportive and constructive manner is that each one of us prevents that from happening by our personal belief patterns, ideas, and mental conditioning.

Consider - Also that when you can shift that (transform, convert, transmute, or change) into something other than For or Against then that truth will set you free.

We are all The Children of God - consequently we are all already Whole Complete and Perfect in essence rather than Flawed in our essence and when you believe that what is the outcome?

The Bible teaches there was an Angel that thought itself so great as to dethrone God in fact thought itself better than God and God banished the Angel to be earthbound, this is why this earth has poverty, hunger, racism, hatred, all that we consider evil. This is why Jesus recognized the fallen Angel Lucifer also He was an ArchAngel, there is rank among God's creation, one must study to comprehend for there is order in the House of our Father.

Humans translated the word "devil" and "hell" and interpreted what we would to suit the churches needs to have followers fear God instead of trying to have a relationship through Jesus Christ with him.

I believe what the Bible teaches about the beginning of time, it is very interesting and no one has matched the story of it, in my opinion and I love to read.

I don't believe in the devil, but I do believe in cruelty and sadism, since I am confronted with examples all the time.

Yes, of course.

All true Christians struggle with him and his temptations very often. That is why it is good to repeat what Jesus has said:

Matthew 16:23 "...Get behind me, Satan! You are a hindrance to me. For you are not setting your mind on the things of God, but on the things of man."

No, not after reading all that I have for decades and then using common sense and reasoning. In my opinion there's no "devil."

No, and I don't believe in God either. I'm not saying they don't exist, because I have no proof. But I also don't have proof that they really do exist.
