I have checked the fuse...it's good. I pulled the fan motor and hooked it up to a 12 volt power source...it's good. Any suggestions?

my bet would on the blower motor resistor.

Based on what you say I would look at the switch first. That is likely the problem although the first poster suggested some other possiblities. I would bet on the switch.

OK it could be the relay, a burnt wire, fan switch or the speed coils located close to fan in the heater box ( fan wires plug in to it).
