Of, coarse. The percentage of mad would depend on what kind of vomit and what kind of couch. A leather and vinyl couches can be cleaned easy if cleaned right away. If the vomit was slobbery, the vomit could be wiped of with not chance of a stain.
If it was made from cloth material, and the dog ate canned dog food, or something with tomato sauce in it: BIG TIME MAD CITY! >:(

No because it is not the dog's fault. This actually happened at our house today. We had been gone for a few gours and came back to a large spot of vomit on the couch which we got about a month ago. At first I thought it was poop and then I would have really been mad. It cleaned up easily because the couch had scotchguard protection.

Would I be mad? Yes! Would I be mad at the dog? No!. It could have been me that got sick and done it, would I be mad? Yes!
I had a Pit puppy that got sick and destroyed the comforter on my bed. I took it to the cleaners twice and could never get the smell out so I had to throw it away. Was I mad? Yes. Did I take the pup to the emergency vet and pay $3000.00 to have the corn cob she swallowed removed from her intestine? Yes.
Is she still here after four years? Yes. Was the $3000.00 worth it? Priceless!

Yes I would be angry the entire time I was cleaning the vomit, however it's not the dogs fault I couldn't be angry at him/her.
