What does being 600 years old have to do with how many kids he had? If he didn't have the kids before he got "old" then when Would he have had them?
How many 100 year old men do you know who are sexually active? Of those, how many are partnered with a woman who is still young enough to bear children?
Don't give me any "Anna Nicole Smith"-type examples. I'll never believe the claims about parentage from such a couple until I see the DNA results myself.
Maybe Noah had a low sperm count. Maybe his wife went barren after the third child. We don't know. We weren't there.
