Graduate from highschool, and attend nursing school.

graduate high school attend a college/university that has a accredited nursing program. you should get your bachelor of science in nursing. after 4 years you complete your degree in nursing and you are eligible to sit for the NCLEX, the nursing licensing exam. once you pass then you are a RN.

In the US, you attend a nursing program affiliated with a college. You have to take both academic courses and nursing labs. You can take state board to get your registration with either an Associate Degree (AD RN) pr Bachelor's Degree (BS RN).

You must have a minumum of an associate's degree in an "RN program" or an BS in Nursing, plus pass the RN licensing exam. All nursing programs include clinical training and most require a year of prerequisites (anatomy, chemistry, etc.) before you can even apply.
