One would have to say so.
If the French started their artillery barrage on time, Hitler would have been killed.
Now, as to what that purpose is, that's open to interpretation

Well, Hitler was indeed born and I'm sure he had a good heart to start with but somewhere along the way something stole the goodness in his heart. He turned into a terrible person. As for the purpose? Only to spirt of the universe knows.

He created Hitler knowing what he would be, after all God knows all things. Still Hid foreknowledge doesn't take away man's freedom. God did make him evil. Hitler gave himself over to evil in the pursuit of power.. IHS Jim

Religious point of view- God creates and takes away everyone for a purpose.
NonReligious- I still believe everything revolves around each other, making an equal flow of energy throughout the world. Everything has ying and yang, and everything happens for a purpose.

let us suppose that god did actually intentional create a murdering monster like him. the only purpose i can see to that would be the ultimate example of what NOT to be. in fact perhaps he was intended to turn us away from all religion , because he was the prime example of what happens when a person gets it in to there head that there religion is perfect and that all others are wrong.

Every person is given choices in life, he was to, he took the wrong path and ended in receiving hatred and curses from all. And continues to disrupt the minds of hundreds.

If you were in a place that had the scriptural skills to understand the prophsies of the bible you would already know that nothing occurs with out YAHWEH's consent or knowledge. Mankind brings death & destruction upon itself from rejecting the 613 LAWS that were given to us from the very beginning to live & govern us by. Now, mankind must lean the lesson that choosing to do things our own way, or the way of satan, brings only death & destruction. If we want to live, we will KEEP THE COMMANDMANTS!!!

if you believe that there is a great and loving wonderful god that is in charge and aware and pre plans everything, then you cannot leave out the pre-planning of Hitler or any other world event or person.
