Take him to the vets.
This is the best thing to do whenever you see a lump on a dog.

Small bumps could very well be an allergic reaction to flea bites. This is very common in many kinds of dogs and will take a flea treatment after a trip to the vet's to help him. It may also be hives, which would be yet another allergic reaction to something. Again.. the vet is your best bet!

My little Pit puppy had bumps all over her head, neck and front legs with some on her back. The Vet. guessed it was a reaction to a spider bit or wasp sting, it was yellow jacket season. The Vet. gave her a shot of Benyadryl and prescribed some pediatric Benyadryl. The next I gave he the Benyadryl and by that evening they were all gone.

Well it could be flea bites but you might want to check with the doctor. Also they could be an allergic reaction.

take it to the vets but it prob. had a allergic reaction to something it ate because the same happened to my horse.
