but they say god has forgiven you before you even sinned... and god is omniscient right? then does he know when we will sin?

The people who reject His grace--those who don't believe in Jesus and accept His death on the cross as the pardon for sin. Those who continue to live in sin and show no fruit of repentance, or spiritual growth may not have experienced a true conversion, but that is for God not other Christians to judge.
Just going by the posts on here expressing outright rejection, scoffing and skepticism of God's existence, much less acceptance of His divine grace, I'd say there are plenty of candidates, but like I said, it's not for humans to say.

It is here on earth what we see, the heaven as well as hell. Many times we see such crippled or such sufferring that we recall our conscious and ask GOD to have mercy. Why should we have so much pity. Remember not all have the same sort of feeling some have different, they even kick them. But If you are amongst the mercy ones I ask why you had the feeling. And if you are amongst the kicking ones , Please tell me after kicking or slapping did you ever had a feeling that I did was wrong. GOD has created the world with different types of people and all of them react differently but there are sufferings also just to remind one to be careful. HE has shown all the glimpses, only one has to have the power to understand. This also comes by HIS grace. Ultimately with request I beg of you to see the world and try to understand and respect the spices we see.

All you have to do is have faith, regardless of sin, to be rewarded. Those who go to Hell, I do not know. I don't believe God sends you there.

People who are not truly sorry for what they do, but only lip-service their forgiveness (either to their god or to the person who was wronged, etc.) If the Christian God IS real, I would think that's what he/she would condemn...hope this helps! ^_^
