Hi Justin. I wonder which of your 100 dogs you are referring to here.
Anyways, to answer your questions... she will still produce milk. Sometimes during Cesarean Sections at my work the breeder opts for us to spay their b*tch at the same time. They still produce milk. However, I would advise you to wait. For an obvious reason. The puppies will be without mom for an entire day (at least, some vet offices require spays to stay overnight).. no mom.. means no milk.
Not to mention mom needs time to recover. Just wait until the pups are gone to their new homes.

YEAH for you for getting her spayed... too bad she already had a litter and contributed to the 4 million dogs euthanized yearly in USA alone (even if her pups find homes it means somebody elses did not)
make the appointment now for 2-3 weeks following weaning of the pups. This will allow her time to heal.. as soon as you wean the pups put her back on adult food to help her dry up (she should have been on puppy food while nursing)

You should wait til they are weaned.. But she won't stop producing milk for them. If they have a c-section and you have them spayed at that time, they'll come home and still feed their pups like they normally would.

Don't put her through the trauma of surgery while she has puppies.
Wait until they are weaned then have her spayed.
Besides the anesthesia would most certainly affect the milk.

You should wait because it will take out her hormones that tell her to produce milk and feed her pups. That would not be good at all unless you like to find them with bottles and make the stuff.

I would wait until they are weaned just to be safe, because she will be sore after it, so you do not want her puppies crawling all over her.
