He was turned on and I really like him.
On the way home he said he liked the look of me and not to be offended.
Did he dislike my personality?
Also he was going to take my bra off and i wasn't protesting or undressing him but he changed his mind?

You probably have an issue with self esteem. You seemed to beg for the approval of the guy. You were too open, and as we country folk say, "She is Going." Maybe he felt guilty about not loving you and stopped. Maybe he felt you were too easy and stopped. Maybe he is in love with someone else, and could not got all the way with you. I am confident that one of these is a true scenario.

If he added the phrase "don't be offended", that means he did NOT like the way you look and he just wanted to take you home and drop you off and get the hell out.

He could have liked you a tremendous amount and wanted your encounter to be more substantial than just a lust-filled groping. (Mind you, I am not against lust-filled gropings, but occasionally women come along that make us want more spiritual connectivity, too). Maybe you represent that type of woman to him.
