Apply in a US company and when you are accepted request for the employment contract and use it to apply for a US working visa.

If you have a temporary status, you could always try a Staffing Agency. It will probably be factory work, but that's how my friend Razvan did it. Good Luck!

It depends on your work skills and work experience. I used to work for a company that designed and built ATV transmissions. They hired many engineers from other countries, here with work visas.
