I believe in God, however I do not use or need the bible to validate His existence. The Bible can be a useful tool to help understand God ,depending on the interpretation.

The bible says it's true therefor it most be true. If you want to know the source of the new testament Jesus look no further than the popular Pagan religions of the day. Mithra is probably the best example. Born of a virgin on December 25th the only begotten son of the heavenly father Ahura Mazda. Romans worshiped this very Christ like god 300 years before Rome became Christian. Check ancient Greek and Egyptian mythology too, you will find stories about resurrected Gods that are very familiar, because that is where the story of Jesus came from. Jesus is just as much a myth as they are.

There are some things that can be historically verified by archaeologists digging in mesopotamia , like ancient cities reffered to in the Bible. Many historical facts in the Bible can be proven. But many can't, thats why it's called faith.

Not all of it, but there is a fair amount of archaeological and historical evidence to corroborate some of the events in the Bible.

You can do a search online for it. I used to have a bunch of websites favorited, but that was on my old computer, and I pretty much lost all of what I had.
