durante/por=for
cinco años=five years
pero =but
me jubilé al hacerme mayor= I retired when i became old (or when I turned 65=cuando cumplí 65 or whatever age you did it)

Yo trabajo its present so you need the past tense: yo trabajé ( you can omit "yo")

I'm assuming you want to say you worked in a hospital.
So
Trabajé cinco años en un hospital pero me
jubilé porque soy viejo.
BTW: Trabaho should be trabajo in your post.

"juvile" means when retired from something and the goverment its paying u.
