i had moderate/high acne and i got rid of most of it still my face looks dirty... and i have all these red spots.. its not bumps, its not allergic reaction, its not rash, it not all that mumbo jumbo, those anyone noe what im talking about?? if you do what is it?? how do i get rid of em??

that just means your dirty lol im not trying to be mean. what u have to do is wash your quilts, pillow cases and your sheets. wash your face every night with some soap and in about 2 to 3 weeks it will go away. its mostly because u put your face on a pillow thats dirty. treat yourself and buy a new pillow or pillows

These red dots are probaly zits or pimples and i suggest you use clean and clear or clearasil both of these takes 3 days to work and I promise one of these will work.
