first of all, it's "condemn". Now, I know that just cost me the winning prize, but I'm going to keep going anyway.
I would go ahead and do the same, because otherwise it isn't fair. Jesus was in Hell for three days, according to the Apostles' Creed. 3 days to make up for the sins of the world, and then he rose from the dead. I guess maybe the condensed version of hell was so bad that they let him go early, but damn, you'd think he'd have one of those "far off" looks in his eyes after going through all that.
Anyway, what I don't get is why God needed to send someone to take on these sins. Why does someone even have to bear that burden? Couldn't God just erase that burden entirely?

The honest answer is, that I would try my damnedist not to ever be anywhere near a state where there was the remotest possibility of me becoming anything like a "God", Cor, imagine that! I got enough probs being a Human. Grief!!!!!

Why go that far?As a God,you can prohibit any person dying for other's sin.Every one should be made to carry the burden of his own deeds.That's fair and square.

What? Are you saying that you would send Jesus to hell? Why? The Christian faith is about love (although most don't act like it), but the most giving and loving act is to die for sinful, hopeless ppl, like we would be without Jesus
