Have you tried to download with another browser? Are you using IE (Internet Explorer)? If so try another browser such as firefox and see if the download issue is still there

Remove temp files

This problem could be cased by:
1- the download link is not compatible with the browser
when you use Internet explorer please try to download with another browser such as Firefox.
2- in Firewire ( go to networks, firewire ) there you can adjust it to allow you to down load.
3- Go to your virus protection and look at locked web sites ( you will find a list which web site is not allowed to download from) and adjust it.
Before you adjust anything please restart your computer/laptop and try to download once again.

Are you using genuine Windows? Reformat your computer and reinstall Windows. Use Windows Vista instead of XP. I am happy that I upgraded to Vista - Very satisfied and pls do not listen to people who only knows how to give critics about it but never used it much or before.

Check for virus. Or your signal isn't strong enough and the download has timed out.
