I turned it off about 10 seconds afterward but couldn't get it to start again after that. It is turning though. Any info would be helpful. Thanks.

Look at the main fuse near the battery 80 or 100 amp fuse it does not push in because it is bolted in at the sides. The engine sensor on the transmission or front timing chain cover may have been knocked off Look at the start signal fuse inside the car...(now are you going to buy a new Maxima?)

I own a shop, and most vehicles have a switch that is designed to shut the fuel supply down in an accident. They put them in vehicles to keep them from causing a fire if the accident causes the driver to be unable to stop the engine. The engine would have shut down on its own anyway if you hadn't shut it down. You will have to find the location of this switch, and reset it before it will run again. You might try looking in the trunk under the carpet, and up around the sides of the inside of the trunk. You should find the location in the owners manual, or you can go to the library, and pull a copy of Chilton's Repair Manual for you vehicle, and it should be in it somewhere.
Glad to help out, Good Luck!!!
