if you are having trouble gettting out of bed try moving the alarm clock further from the bed so you have to get up to turn it off. once your up take the shower it will help wake you up the rest of the way.

Jump rope, it is great cadio in little time:
http://www.jumpropeinstitute.com/a-z_on_jump_rope.htm#comp%20other%20exercises
Do it twice a week, and do some toning exercises twice a week too. Simple things like crunches, leg lifts, push ups, etc. A 15 minute routine to get your upper body muscles fit.
The combination of cardio and muscle toning is the best to lose weight and keep fit.
You can do you exercise and get a shower in less than 30 minutes! And doing it 4 days a week, so you have 3 days as a rest period! Remember rest days are as important as work out days.
Spread your work out & rest days as you see best. Probably alternating them: day 1 jump rope, day 2 toning, day 3 rest, and repeat the cycle (jump, toning, rest).
If you take advantage of the week end days, your routines or rest days can be adapted according to your work days demands.
Try it for a month, you will be happy with the results.
Then just keep up the good work.
