I believe that we go before Christ for a personal judgement and then to that place of purging of our souls so that we may then enter into the holy presence of God in Heaven.

All Souls leave this earthly frame. No Soul goes directly to Heaven because they have not been judged yet. They go to a kind of intermediate place(Abrams Bosom?) to await judgement.
Only on the Day of Judgement do the Souls know their ultimate fate.

If you are a believer, you go directly to heaven, if not, directly to hell. As the Apostle Paul said "absent from the body, present with the Lord." Or as Jesus told the thief on the cross "TODAY, you will be with me in paradise."

I believe there are tiers in heaven, the highest being where God is. I also believe in reincarnation. That means we choose if we want to come back here and be born again or not. As we work off our bad karma we move up the tiers.

Your answers will be found in Acts and in Revelation.
Your body awaits Resurrection and you gain in knowledge and harmony with God's will. Then the judgment and entrance into the Kingdom here on earth. You will have a physical body that will remain healthy for eternity if you don't destroy it.
Yes, you can die a second time, and it is permanent.

Many people believe that there is such a thing as heaven or hell. However, nobody was given the chance to live again after he or she passed away. I believe that only your faith can help you answer your question with the guidance of God.

While I have my own personal belief on this subject, which is bible based, I will not expound on it here. I will, however, say that the bible teaches us that if we accept Christ and we live a righteous life we will obtain eternal life. Therefore, while you will receive many differing answers to this question, the fact is you will believe what you are comfortable believing for your own reasons. And ultimately it doesn't matter what you believe if you don't live a righteous life. So, in answer to your question, I would say live right, and one day obtain eternity.
