My mom passed 2yrs ago. i am only son w/ 3 sisters never all have gottten along very well. my sis was named ex. and thier husbands got involed in all matters, i got lawyers advice after will was read and i not invited (said they forgot my address)i informed i had spoken w/ atttorney and they all have not spoken to me since. there is still $ due to us but she will not respond. we even went to clerk of court w/all documents to tell her what she signed off on was wrong and i and daughter who were also in will were left out. her reply was im so sorry your sis brought so much stuff in my office i just trusted her now my *** is on the line. she then said she has work to do and how my parents would be soo unhappy with all. we hired yet another attorney (works in same county as coc) and at 1st he said we got srewed and he will meet w/coc guess what his remark to us is we needed to move on w/ our life. and i have tried but i feel that something screwy has gone on. what can i do?

File an action in court to order your sister to present the will in court so that the will be examined in court for its allowance.
