I want to use it for kopykake printing and need toknow if it needs to be flushed out, apparantly it has normal ink put through it in the factory to test that it works is this true/ or is it safe to use with my edible inks straight away?

kopykake is a system where you print with edible inks that fit into your printer onto edible frosting sheets

As they test printers in factory, ASSUME there are residues of inl in system and flush it. U can get proper inkjet flushing fluids.

Then CLEARLY mark the printer KOPYKAKE ONLY so no one puts normal ink in it.

Not sure but I do know this I have never heard of a fluid that cleans the cartridge, the cartridge is cleaned inside by a machine that at this time can't remember what it is called, I would get in touch with Epson and see what they say.
