"Hot keys" for various browser and/or program functions?

Question

A couple years ago, I discovered pretty much by accident that hitting ALT-ESC will maneuver between browser windows, CTRL-ESC brings up the start menu, and various other shortcuts. Does anyone know of a list of multikey shortcuts on both Windows and Macs?
