I live in Pakistan and we usually use eastern toilets.
When using the eastern toilets you must squat (not sit) because these toilets are just a hole in the flat ground, and also there are no toilet tissues, no low sink with a fountain (which by the way I don't know its name), there is only a faucet of water and an ewer, so I clean my anus using the ewer to spill the water on it and rub it directly by my bare left hand and I also clean my penis by spilling some water on it.
But when I came to Iraq I found that they use western toilets, And I am very embarrassed to ask how to use them, And the most important thing is how to clean my anus and my penis, Do I have to sit on the low sink? Or I squat on it? And what do with the tissues? Please help me because I am seriously embarrassed.

sit down to poop out a turd then wipe your rear with the tissue and flush . To pee pee stand and aim for the center of the bowl . Wash your hands in the sink . Westerner's wash the penis in the shower , when we get up or before going to bed . Wet wipes can be used to clean your bottom better if your stool was " messy " . If the restroom is also used by women it's a good practice to put the seat down after you pee , so they don't fall in the bowl in the middle of the night

Judging how when I walk into a bathroom the way people pee all over the seats, leave tissue behind on the floor, I dont think alot of westerners know either.

you sit on them facing forward and the tissues are flushed down the toilet along with the waste - if there's a bidet (low sink with fountain) you wash yourself with that.

well for starters with western toilets you must use toilet paper. do not use your hand! dabb toilet it on your penis and use it to wipe you as.s. you sit your as.s on the western toilet seat do you thing, grab some toilet paper wipe your as.s, when you want to urinate you stand over the toilet with the seat up or you can seat (with seat down) when you are done you can wipe your penis with the paper..yeah i heard people wiped their as.s with their hand but never thought it could be true..so hope this helps you

sit on the seat - do your stuff - wipe yourself clean with the tissues and then flush. wash ur hands with the tap
