your skin can dry out when you are pregnant due to other parts of your body taking up all the nutrients and water. try drinking more and keep hydrated and use a good moisturiser or sorbolene cream to keep the dry spots moist. if it doesn't go away then consult your doctor at your next visit.

not eczma but i have broken out in a horrible rash that feels the same started on my belly spread to legs and arms. Apparently it is pupps and caused by pregnancy hormones.....it is so itchy!!

both me and my sister dont have eczema but both of us while we r pregnant get it i always get it on my elbows and she always gets it on her ankles so you can just get it while you r pregnant
