ask your boss if you can change to a day shift if that is at all possible. Can't hurt to ask. Also try sleeping as much as possible during the day and drink loads of water too. Try getting fresh air and washing your face every so often.

if all else fails take maternity leave as soon as it is available. usually 28 weeks is the earliest for most company's that pay maternity leave penalty rates.

Go on MAternity leave as early as possible...I went at 7 months because I was working a 60 hour week...your health must come first....in the meantime drink a lot of water and sleep when you can.....good luck.

Girl, I'm in the exact same position. I drink a lot of decaf tea and try to walk around and wash may fash every so often.

that 5 hour energy stuff is basically 5000% of your daily b-vitamins. that should work for ya without intaking a bunch of caffine.
