Because there is just something inside me that will stir up hate feeling for those who do not know how to behave..

Easy if you don't have lots of issues.
Easy if they do something that is really bad.
Easy if you follow the rules and conditions.
Tough because people have issues and find it hard to love.
Easy because some people get more pleasure from disliking then liking.

all r somewat easy n somewat tiugh according their nature.i think most toughest one is fourth n also last some times only it could be happend.once uhated anyone by knowing them correctly loving is quiet easy but once u loved hating by any reason is tooooo difficult it is great pain to heart remaining one is naturally easy

to be disliked by people....just act like an ***
to be loved by your family....just have to spend money
to be loved by all....just have to spend a little more money
to hate....quite easy also
to love....the toughest and nearly impossible to love without limitations/expectations

All you mentioned are easies to do, the hardest thing and toughest is to accept ourselves, the reason is because we are selfish beings.
