Here's a guide to the Feminine Mystique:
When we shower, we mean:
We exfoliate our bodies with our trusty loofahs.
We shave our legs and underarms.
We shampoo and condition our hair.
We wash our face with our scrub/cleanser.
We moisturise our bodies.
We apply toner and moisturiser to our faces.
We comb our hair.
We dry our hair.
And... I can't think of anything else that we do in there. :p

I've often wondered! I'm a woman and yet I tend to be in and out in a few seconds, maybe 2 min tops. I know that some women spend time combing their hair and doing their makeup in the mirror, but if it's in a stall of a public toilet, I often wonder--what ARE they up to in there??
I think if you were tights (pantyhose) and a girdle, it can take that long just to get them down and then back up again. I never wear either one, for me it's trousers and kneesocks. But then I hate to waste time.

Well we have a few more things to do , before we even get on the pot . Like looking into the medicine cabinet , checking our make-up in the mirror , combing our hair , going to the bathroom , critiquing the decor , washing our hands , checking to make sure underwear is not in the dress , zipper is up , no toilet paper on our shoes , applying make- up , combing our hair , (again) Then one last check in the medicine cabinet , (that should do it ) and off we go !!!Thanks for asking , have a nice day !!

oh so not true in some cases, some men stay in there a lot longer than women....just say I have a friend that takes a lot more time in there than i do...and he makes sure he is all dolled up UGH

We, women, are much more interested in our appearance. So we spend enough time when bathing, showering, waxing or anything that would bring out our femininity . I personally, enjoy my bathing, being a kind of ritual . I love taking care of my body.

Because in the bathroom they can have a private space where they can keep some time calm, away from their men!! lol lol lol

Because I have long beauty hair and it need more attention and caring and lots of shampo.
Also women care more than men for their looks so we spend lots of time to clean oursleves.

Because we take time to look at our faces in the mirror, retouch our lipstick/make up, check whether our dress is fine, comb our hair, and put on some cologne...
Vanity you may call it but that's just trying to look good so we can be our confident selves...

Because they want mens like you to see them attractive and tell them how pretty they are,instead watching TV and drinking at the pub all day.
