Do what billionaires do. Don't spend more than you need, don't go into debt. Invest in mutual funds regularly all your life. Maybe you won't be a billionaire, but you will be a multimillionaire if you regularly invest as much as you can into good mutual funds all your life.

You need to start selling like crazy. You need to find products or services with high commissions like insurance, real estate, etc. Work hard 12+ hours per day, 6 days per week. Most importantly work smart, utilize every connection you have, every opportunity you find and manage your time effectively.
Furthermore you need to invest a large amount of the money you earn. You should use your business connections and your professional network to find insiders' information on great investments that will have high return.
If you do the above actions you will certainly become very wealth. Billionaire however is somehow unlikely...
