Can't just go any where and buy a VGA cable, It is hard wired in the back of the NEC MultiSync FE700+ monitor. I still have the Other side of the cut VGA cable but the VGA Connector is Focked.

Buy a new cable. Had you cut it in the middle where you could splice it by color and properly insulate the wires it would be ok but you're just asking for problems trying to terminate it in that connector. You can try but, trust me, you'll end up buying a new cable anyway. Save yourself some grief.
If you still want to try thou, knock yourself out.

It looks like your connector is the female end that connects to the video card. it thats the case your pins are counted backwards cuz your pic shows pin counts for the male connector that plugs into the monitor. Make sure you dont hook them up backwards.

You're probably better off just buying a new VGA cable. The "pin outs" of the connectors are standardized, but there's no color standard for which color wire goes to which pin, like there is on Cat-5 and Cat-6 cables. So you'd have to look at the *other* end and see what they did there. And then, if you're doing soldering, you have to worry about solder bridges and bad joins, and if you're crimping them on there's other considerations, and so on...

All in all, you're better off buying a new cable.

Ha! good luck.

Strip all wires back but leave insulation visible, be VERY careful not to damage the ground strips intertwined inside the main cable. It is probably a shielded cable so the grounding MUST be intact.

BUY A NEW CABLE or MONITOR.

Have you tried the manufacture ? Do you have an owner's manual ? Often you can talk over the phone and give you a tech support for free.
