i mean i want the subtitles only

Not many groups release subtitle files seperately. They usually like to have some protection on their work, and most groups only release the sub file if they don't release the whole video file for whatever reason (eg no encoders, lacking hosting/seeders).
If you do want to search for them, look for .srt, .sub, .***, type files (and some more). If you have anything is specific, I may be able to look for you.
Also, if a group releases the video with softsubs, it is easy to extract the subs from the file itself (if that's what you are trying to do). If its a .mkv file, it is the easiest. Just use mkvextract found with mxktoolnix: http://www.bunkus.org/videotools/mkvtoolnix/ .
If it is something else, try VirtualDubMod: http://virtualdubmod.sourceforge.net/
